A school operating on a large urban campus, was receiving complaints about the accessibility of many of its buildings. Staff, students and visitors were constantly getting lost, and information points were not providing adequate assistance for those with decreased mobility.

Thanks to an application builts with GoIndoor, the campus has become easily navigable and accessible for all. The school offers an app that takes into account a user’s profile to create the most efficient route to any given destination, whether it’s a lecture hall, or the cafeteria. If someone has trouble using stairs, for example, they’ll be directed to the nearest elevator. Meanwhile, there’s no excuse for anyone to be late for class, as students and staff are able to hear about last minute changes to lecture venues
